"carina, ottima vista"

la casa si trova nell’antico centro storico di Sanremo, tra le scalinate. L’atmosfera è molto bella e la vista sul mare è ottima. La casa ha tutto, completamente accessoriata, è possibile anche cucinare tranquillamente, e l’host ci ha lasciato tante piccole cose che potevano essere utili, tra cui asciugamani e kit bagnodoccia. Possiede anche la lavatrice e i detersivi.

difficile trovare la casa dal momento che google maps non funziona bene. Per arrivarci dovrete attraversare molte scalinate storiche, non ideale se si hanno valigie. Inoltre, nonostante la casa fosse pulita, le tubature emanavano forte odore di fogna e la pressione dell’acqua (specialmente nella doccia) era molto bassa. l’aria condizionata non rinfrescava molto la casa, quindi abbiamo dovuto dormire con le finestre aperte e il rumore fuori

L'emplacement au coeur du vieux quartier La Pigna et son labyrinthe de ruelles très très étroites et pentues; un dépaysement total, comme dans un autre temps...

Un peu chaud dans la chambre à coucher car la climatisation est vers le salon et l'air frais ne rentre pas dans la partie à coucher

The apartment was fully equipped and beautifully renovated, a charming old house in historic Sanremo. It was surprisingly impressive to find such a cozy and relaxing home in that old building. Everything was extremely comfortable, from the pillows to the smallest details like toothpicks. The kitchen was not only fully equipped but also highly functional. There was a selection of herbal teas and various coffee blends to enjoy. The bathroom was well-stocked, even with toothpaste provided. The beds and linens smelled fresh, like spring. Every detail was spotless—the sofa, pillows, towels, and curtains were all impeccably clean. The fridge and freezer were separate, offering ample space. Hot water was readily available in both the bathroom and the kitchen. The home had an air conditioner as well as an additional heater for extra comfort.

Just the steps. They were very nostalgic. Only for old people can complain about steps.
