Rin Luxury Apartments

The apartments were beautifully decorated and very clean. The building is beautiful and there were places to eat nearby. Taxis were easy to get and the best grocery store Auchan was only 16mins away. It was easy to check in. The hosts provided photos to help us identify where we were going to make it as easy as possible.

As a group of ladies we can laugh loudly which caused us to be cautious of noise after being told we were loud in the corridor. (We cheered for the rest of our group arriving) We found that sound carried very easily so we were a little uncomfortable to play games and hang out in the apartment as planned so as not to bother the neighbours. Probably best if you use the place to sleep, eat and chill very quietly.

We chose this place because of the opportunity to visit the spa and the pool, but one day before the visit, after the money was withdrawn, the owner sent a message that the spa and the pool was closed until September, although he knew about the closure of the spa complex much earlier. we no longer had the opportunity to look for something else and this upset us. for our family of 5 people with 3 children 16, 15 and 11 years old, the common area (living room and kitchen) was very small. In the kitchen there is only room for 4 at the table. In general, the apartment is suitable for a couple with two small children. In the kitchen there is a minimum cutlery and dishes.

We were extremely satisfied with this exceptional residence. I saw almost all the world, but such perfect place I met only in Dubai. Congrats for every detail you took care in order to meet any guest expectations. We were really overwhelmed with the luxury acomodation. The communication with the owner - perfect. Great beds, great bathrooms, great value for the money we paid. Everything was really perfect.

The apartment is nice and modern. The location is far from city center, not convenient without a car. The toiletries provided were very nice.

The scam!. It was advertized "pool and spa". But we were asked to pay extra 60 RON for each person for every daily enterance to the fitness room/ pool/ spa (360 RON daily for our family). The answer of the property management was that it is not included in the apartment rate. It took days for the lousy customer service from "Booking" to get back to us. Only in the last day of our stay they said that we are entitled to use the facilities free of additional charge but that did not help. Very bad experience with the property management and Booking customer service. VERY BAD!!!!

The apartment is magnificent and very well equipped. The owners are friendly and attentive. The car park is very convenient. The accommodation is well located. Highly recommended for a family holiday.
