Tina was lovely and answered all of our questions, the pool was amazing, the apartment had everything you need including microwave and fridge

Room was nice and clean, and the views were great.

Booking showed a different price than what the host charged us. Only cash payment is available and we didn't get a receipt.

Property was better than I expected. It is a safe building and managed ver well. Tina was extremely helpful. Whenever I asked any help, she was there to help. She even kept my luggages in her room since I had a night flight back home.

I was pleased that the host, Tina, walked me through the property. She was very professional and did a wonderful job telling me about the room. She quickly answered any questions I had during my stay. The room was clean, had a wonderful aroma and was furnished with all the items I needed for my stay. It was also mid-way between Malate and Pasay, which were two spots I wanted to visit. I would highly recommend this location as a place to stay.

The building itself is immaculate, security downstairs were very helpful and polite. The room itself was excellent and the host was very accommodating , friendly and help full, highly recommended.
