The location. The swimming pool. The living area.

The stay has been absolutely fantastic. The children enjoyed the pool. It was a short distance to the beach, the grocery store, restaurants, and the tram that went to Alicante city center. In the evening, we enjoyed the view from the apartment. I also liked that the apartment had towels, a washing machine, a dishwasher, everything one would need for a long stay.

The location was perfect! We didn't need to use the pool as the beach was on our doorstep. 20 minute tram to Alicante. The property was exceptionally clean and well equipped.. shops nearby and lovely restaurants and bars. An ideal.place for a chilled break as it wasn't built up, a really nice vibe. The host was prompt with their communications and responses to queries i had. thank you for the complimentary wine

Excellent location and access to the city centre, good quality building and its common infrastructure, swimming pool, children's playground, etc. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with excellent sea views from the windows. All necessary equipment is available. Very nice and helpful host Jesus. We were very pleasantly surprised with welcome wine and sweets for the children.

We liked the good location, right at the beach, the bus stop right in front of the building, tram stop also very close. The host is wonderful, very helpful and caring, we can absolutely highly recommend it! Absolutely amazing!
