La casa ha un giardino veramente ampio (con parcheggio interno incluso) con un cancello che porta direttamente sulla spiaggia, peccato solo che quest'ultima non sia delle migliori (l'acqua è sporca e piena di alghe e paglia, è infatti una zona di pesca e infondo ci sono dei pescherecci) A parte questo che nulla c'entra con la casa, posso dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e la proprietaria si è mostrata estremamente disponibile e carina per tutto il periodo di alloggio. Anche il prezzo è molto onesto.

This is a very nice and calm place! Especially the garden where you can sit forever, listening to the waves - the sea is at a couple of meters from the garden fence. The house is very cozy, with really everything you might need. The owner a lovely lady, always willing to help, even late at night through Whatsapp when there was a power cut. She offered us to check in early and check out late, (we didn't ask), which really accommodated us. The supermarket and pizzeria close by are a bonus.

The beach isn't maintained, or wasn't when we were there. But there a plenty of nice beaches in the neighbourhood.

Manuella nous a fourni toutes les informations en temps et en heure. Super nickel . elle a été au petit soins durant tout notre séjour nous l'avons sollicité au moins 3 fois très réactives et disponible malgré la barrière de la langue. la situation est au calme. le logement est spacieux le jardin très agréable. la plage "sauvage" tranquille au bout de jardin est un must.

It was a very comfortable holiday house. We spent Easter holidays with our two children. The house, located in a quiet gated community, provided direct access to the beach from the garden. Unfortunately, it was still chilly and windy during our stay, so we didn’t take advantage of the beach. However, it was a convenient location as a base for exploring tourist attractions in southern Sardinia, approximately 25 minutes by car from the center of Cagliari. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our family stay, from kitchen utensils to an iron, even a BBQ set in the garden. It truly was a lovely holiday house.
