Great location. Very clean and spacious

There was very poor communication on arrival, the instructions we were given did not work (the photos provided are out of date) and the phone number provided was disconnected. We obtained access with the help of the other residents. The aircon did not work. There was only one thin pillow each which made the bed uncomfortable.

Spacious, elegant and modernized apartment and perfect for a couple. The doorman was very helpful and even booked a taxi for me to go to the station. Once I got my bearings it was easy to walk across the bridge into the old historic center.

It was hard for me to find it in the dark, and when I arrived at the Flixbus stop (at the train station) there were no taxis to be seen. I got some help from the locals who told me which tram to get but finding the building was not easy in the dark. The local people were very helpful. You have to be in contact with Margarita so she can give you the code for the main door and then the keys are in the lockbox outside the apartment and she gives you a code for that too. After that all went smoothly.

The apartment was perfectly located, spacious, clean, and well equipped, very pleasant with a fantastic view. It's just a few minutes' walk to the historical centre of the city, but the neighbourhood is quiet. The doorman was very polite, and the communication with the staff was quick and easy. In the fridge, there was a bottle of spring water, and there was enough salt for cooking. Verona is a wonderful city, and we will definitely come back.

It is nothing important to complain about. In the apartment, there were some small inconveniences such as the toilet seat wasn't firmly sealed, and the cover was detached. It would be nice if there were some paper towels in the kitchen, a few more garbage bags, and some basic additions for preparing food like some aceto, some oil, or some coffee and a few more teaspoons.

The flat is situated along River Adige, just 10 minutes walk from the 2 bridges that mark the entrance to the Città antica. It only takes 13 minutes to get to Piazza Bra, 3 minutes to go to the archeology museum and 5 minutes to Giardino Giusti. There is a supermarket in Veronetta, bars and cafes.
