had my coat stolen with the key to the apparment in it I phoned the number provided to gain access to the apparment they said there's a 50 pounds charge Which I agreed to. The person arrived without the keys  And informed me that a locksmith would be needed to be called  He proceed to call  the phone A locksmith was answered within 2 rings Which I found unusual as it 11pm on a Saturday night  The female on the other end of the call informed him that it would be 150 pounds  I was asked to pay this which I refused saying that it is not my responsibility to have spare keys to the apparment. I said that if I needed to stay in the lobby of the building I would  At this point the agent became aggressive and abusive and an augmented insued and continued outside the building  The agent walked up the street and was approached by a female and spoke with the the agent and within 5 minutes was back at the apparment with the key  (I SUSPECT THAT THIS WAS THE SO-CALLED LOCKSMITH He let me into the apparment and demanding the 150 pounds charge  Which I refused  He then said that he would call the police, I said go ahead as I want to let the police see that there was no damage to the apartment what so ever  I believe that the agent got angry because I didn't fall for what I perceive to be his scam.  On Sunday  morning at 9am  I received a call from what I can only assume was the owner asking if the cleaner had turn up and that i had gained access to retrieve my my passport and other belongings at this point I informed him that it had not stayed at the apparment and was asked to pay 150 pounds for a stolen/lost key and asked to leave by agent

Would benefit with having a microwave in kitchen

The location of this property is close to the city centre, the room was clean and tidy and the owner was very helpful and friendly.
