Haus "Balthasar"

Die Lage war sehr gut. Sehr sauber es Zimmer. Küche war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es war alles da was man für ein paar Tage braucht.

Es war im Bad sehr eng. Ein Föhn wer noch toll wenn vorhanden wäre. Leider hat das mit der Gästekarte nicht funktioniert.

Super ist die Raumkühlung, Das Bett ist für mich absolut optimal. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist für mich recht gut.

Die Einrichtung in Zimmer Maria ist nicht optimal. Schwierige Situation bei Türe im Badezimmer. Da gäbe es m.E. bessere Lösungen. Die Kühlschranktüre wäre auf der anderen Seite anzuschlagen, man kommt schlecht ran. Anzahl der Kleiderbügel reicht für eine Person. Wenn schon durchlaufende Kleiderstange, dann wäre mehr Kleiderbügel für zwei Personen hilfreich. Im Badezimmer wären, Handtuchhalter mit Stangen zum Aufhängen der nassen Handtücher hilfreich. Zimmer liegt direkt über der Eingangstüre, wenn die ins Schloss fällt,hört man das ziemlich laut im Zimmer. Nächstes mal werde ich, wenn geht, wieder Zimmer Bertha buchen.

The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and it was lovely to have fresh flowers in the room. The area is rural, but with a rental car, it's a short drive to the city, hiking areas, the border, and other attractions.

Overall very satisfied. If I were to point out something that could be improved, it would be to have a fan in the room. It got very warm even with the window open, and since there is only one window, there is no cross-ventilation. We locked ourselves out one day and tried calling the number listed online for several hours, as well as sending a message. In the evening, we went back to the building and saw another number posted on the door. We got in touch immediately with that number, and it only took five minutes for us to get help. This number could usefully be listed online.

Our modern, small compact studio apartment overlooked the back so it was very quiet. It had 2 kitchen electric hobs and enough kitchen ware - though a kettle would have been useful for boing water. There were thoughtful welcome touches such as a flower in a vase on the table with a small candle! Some tea bags and coffee would have been a good extra. Tourist literature on the landing (but all in German.....)

We found it quite difficult to use the digital keys to open the front door but once I'd contacted the owner and got a reply the problem was solved. (You have to wait for the two beeps, then you can open the door. But it didn't seem to always make the 2 beeps!) It would be helpful if all the instructions inside were in English as well as German to cater for non-German speaking guests.
