A 20 mins walk, safe street, straight road into the middle of town. Free on site parking. Generous teas and coffee, community fridge, plenty of breakfast.Very comfortable bed and pillows. Tea and coffee in the room, thank you.

A better hoover of the bedroom, and stairs. Corners of the bathroom floor to finish the detailed cleaning, and the room was too small for my liking. One night was ok, anymore I'd like more space.

"Perfect for a four night stay"

The location is good for walking into Canterbury and it was very helpful to have parking onsite. Our room was comfortable with good quality towels and bedding. The staff were lovely extremely helpful. We would stay again.

The bathroom was very small, which wasn't really a problem for us but might be for some people. I think some of the rooms have larger bathrooms.
