La localisation: on est un peu à l'écart des zones trop touristiques, sans être trop loin en même temps. De toute façon, les taxis nous y déposent très vite, et le plus grand souk d'agadir est à littéralement 5 minutes à pieds. Tout est mis à disposition (papier toilette, essuie tout, gel douche, shampoing etc...) L'hôte est également d'une grande gentillesse, et arrangeant, il m'a déposé en ville à ma sortie. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour et y reviendrai avec plaisir

Un bel appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé, situé dans un quartier calme et propre, à proximité du marché du dimanche et de tous les commerces. L'hôte est sympathique et aimable. Je le recommande.

Apartment lies next to Souq al Had market area, the larger area is run down and dirty, not the greatest walk home, if you're on foot, the immediate neighbourhood to the apart however is clean and quiet. The furnishings are rather worn out and especially when it comes to cutlery, towels and bed sheets you would expect something else. The bathroom is rather smelly and I stumbled over cockroach in the bedroom while trying to connect lamp. Fortunately she was single! Also there was sand on the bedsheet (from the previous guests?). Overall condition, while not a catastrophe, certainly does not correspond to price. Definitely overpriced! To be fair, the host is friendly and welcoming, he waited for us until late to hand over key and communication was easy.

The property was very nice and the location was practical having in mind the great souk. A supermarket was also in walking distance and the neighborhood was quiet.

The Wi-Fi was very slow.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the security staff made me feel safe throughout my visit. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, safety, and a homelike atmosphere!

The address is not registret as a hotel/apartment in booking. So I had an issue when I booked a camel trip and wanted to be picked up from the appartment. I could not select it as an opportunity. I had to go to the nearest hotel(hotel Riad Salam) to be picked up instead.

It’s my second time here, the host is extremely helpful, the location is good and quiet, I will definitely come back again.
