Inyoni Toucan Villa - 3BR Private Center Seminyak

This villa was a total scam. The pictures they have on Booking doesnt share the reality so i attached some pictures of what we’ve found on our arrival. The villa looks old and in need of a total refresh. The bedrooms had spots of mold and had a heavy to breath air. The sheets on the beds were stained and looked dirty. The bathrooms was a total health hazard. The toilet was literally black, garbage thrown under the sink. It was a big risk of health to use that toilet. The place itself wasnt clean, like it wasnt expecting any guests. The sun bed’s mattress was looking disgusting. The stairs that was going upstairs were broken in some areas. We’ve decided to leave this villa after we ve seen all these. We ve informed Booking about these problems and that we left the property and asked for a refund but Booking didnt help us with our problem, all the answer received from them (after many calls and at our insistence) was that the owner is not answering for a refund so they can t help us. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this villa and think twice when booking anything with Booking, as they refuse to help when needed.

Location is great

Disappointing had to use downstairs bedrooms which had very firm mattress. The upstairs bedroom staircase is very steep and narrow and very awkward to carry you suitcase

Everything was just great From arrival to the end of your stay in the villa The polite manager Ariek organized transfer from the airport directly to the villa The staff kept the villa in perfect order throughout our stay And incredible plants on the territory of the villa created a special atmosphere

Nice location. Professional stuff 👌 Comfortable atmosphere! Very clean. Nice garden, beautiful huge plants. Very close to Oberoi .
