Not far from INTI

The air conditioner was hot, the room dusty, staff unhelpful, and I had to go out just to iron.

We stayed one night at MTree Hotel and had a terrible experience. The room was not clean, and worst of all, it was infested with bedbugs. We have video proof of this. When we reported it to the reception, the staff completely ignored us and showed no willingness to help or take action. This level of service is unacceptable. We were extremely uncomfortable and disappointed by the poor hygiene and unprofessional behavior. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs.
