The place is not bad, but it's definitely not exceptional either.

The evaluation of almost 10 definitely doesn't respond to the reality - I guess it has more to do with the providers writing and asking for such review. The equipment is outdated and partly in not a good condition (bathroom) and Wifi is too weak in most of the rooms. No heating, which is a problem in winter.

The apartment is well located, near the beach and the bus station. We stayed one night in this comfortable and clean apartment. The host was very welcoming and very helpful. We recommend this apartment.

Just a short walk from the beach, this place offers great convenience. The staff were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the reception area is beautifully designed.

Everything you may read in the negative comments has been totally fixed. The apartament is clean, very nice, cozy, large and comfortable. There is all the kitchen equipment you need. There are also planty of soft blankets in case you get cold. The location is great, close to the Ocean. Less then 1 km away there is a Carrefour where you can buy alkohol (which is not common in Maroco) Host is helpfull, very easy to contact.
