St. Edwards Hill

Comfortable beds, lovely view, quiet neighborhood, responsive owner, full kitchen with a few items to get us started. Located near to downtown, easy parking, one of our 2 favorite places to stay during our 3-week trip to England, Scotland, and Ireland. I’d be there tomorrow if we weren’t so far away in California!

Great location, clean, everything we needed. Comfy and cozy.

We loved almost everything! The house was delightfully clean and only a five or six minute walk from the town centre. Everything we could want for a four day stay was there - and unusually, breakfast including all the trimmings, cereals and coffee were there too. We didn't have to buy a thing for breakfast for the whole of our stay. The hosts were really helpful and accommodating, and very quick to respond to questions.

The only thing we were surprised by was that there was nowhere in the bathroom to charge shavers or electric toothbrushes. There was an adapter plug in the kitchen, surprisingly. This might be an Irish thing, though, as the two other places we stayed - neither of which were a patch on this one - also didn't have such socks in the bathroom. Not a complaint, merely an observation. Seriously, we loved the place and would recommend it to everyone. We'll come back to St Edward's if ever we go back to Sligo.

Excellent location - 5 minutes walk from city centre.

This is a wonderful 2 bedroomed little house close to Sligo town centre. The location is quiet but also very central and the house is equipped with everything one could need. Nicely decorated and furnished with a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine. Tv has netflix and very comfy sofa. Spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Everything was very clean with plenty of towels and bedding. The hosts were kind enough to leave breakfast cereals, bread milk butter and jam. I can highly recommend this accommodation especially the very comfy beds.
