Stunning 3 bedrooms house in Hillcrest - Close to Waikato University & Cambridge

Exceptionally clean and comfortable home. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Laundry an added bonus! Great communication from host. Very happy with our stay.

I liked the closeness of the location to the University. Just bummed there was construction during the day we needed to sleep before our long day of travel.

Size of the rooms and having full kitchen and washing facilities and a lock up garage. Beds were big and comfortable and there was plenty of crockery and cutlery in the kitchen.

Some more information about where things were located, like the garage door button was on a wall near the downstairs toilet - not in the garage. No instructions on how to access the TV - seems it wasn't cabled? There were no tea towels. A small milk in the fridge would also have been nice on arrival when you get there at night.

Quiet location. Close to Mystery Creek.

Was a little warm upstairs, a heat pump or two up there would make a huge difference.

Absolutely love this property great for a small family close to shops and great communication with property managers or owners.

Only minor thing is that there was no working vaccum cleaner. Other than that it was perfect.

New, so was clean and tidy and had everything we needed.

The accommodation was very close to University of Waikato so I never worried about traffic. The place was clean, the beds were nice, there was plenty of kitchen tools and basics to cook. It had a private garage so we felt reassured the car will be safe.
