Stunning 3 bedrooms house in Hillcrest - Close to Waikato University & Cambridge

Beautiful property, very warm and comfortable. Lots of space for our family. Quiet location.

Everything was great this is just a suggestion ... could have done with a couple more pots/cooking dishes in the kitchen. Area at the top of the stairs seems like wasted space. Kids enjoyed playing with there toys up there, a added couch would have made that space perfect.

I liked everything about the place. Kitchen was great easy to use and had all the equipment i needed for the stay.

Was that the kitchen had some equipment that was missing for daily use like peelers and spatulas. However everything was so clean and was worth the money that it was paid for.

Spacious, clean, and tidy, well equipped. The house was brand new, so was the whole neighborhood, where massive development was going on. This was absolutely no bother; no noise or construction traffic to note while we stayed. Some noise from the adjacent house the first evening: if the neighbours entertain you'll know it! Otherwise, everything was fine, and the second evening was super quiet! Great communication with the managers who clearly take good care of the property.

It was quiet, clean, tidy and spacious. Parking in the garage was a bonus! Close to a couple of restaurants.

Would be nice to have coffee grounds and a plunger.
