Charming 3-Bed Home in Claremont

Very close to Kingsbury hospital. Great space. nice fruit and wine at arrival.

Almost no agent communications. No Queries were adressed! No instructions for eg where to take the refuse!!! Long list of defects supplied on day 1, response 5 days later promising to fix all on... but all that happened was cleaners arrived and changed linnen and a clean, no repairs to some light not working, no hotwater in the mornings, broken shower screen, very incomplete and chipped plates and mugs, shocking knives, and dirty potsand pans. one pot burned beyond repair with enamel worn off!!! Lots of cabinet door hinges broken , shelves collapsed, carpet stained, ...the list is endless!!! But as before, the worst is: no response from agent to any of these queries!!!!!

Very conveniently located across from the hospital. Beds were comfortable and apartment was very clean. The full DSTV PVR package.

The apartment has an unpleasant smell, like wet carpet. The cutlery and crockery were old and mismatched. The blinds were old and some of it didn’t open, some of the lights didn’t work and light fittings were missing. Carpets are old, worn and stained. Shower and batch water barely lukewarm.
