ARCTIC HOMES - Unique Town House

Last minute change location of the house we rent which in the hill top. They have house rules. Never discussed with us and charged us penalty and the penalty very expensive. The penalties more than the room rate

The townhouse felt clean. It had a digital keypad system for the front door, which was useful for when our group was not all together. The accommodation came with tissues - something that isn't usually provided and was really appreciated in the Arctic cold.

It seemed strange that shower gel wasn't provided - these days it seems standard for that to be included when going through booking.com. This ended up being quite inconvenient as the shops were closed for Easter for most of our stay. The hosts weren't as responsive as what we had previously experienced when we tried to take up the offer in the check-in instructions to arrange a place to leave our bags until we could check in.

nothing really important. some kitchen utensils are missing (pan lid, strainer)

The heater in the room is not functioning and sometimes the water in the toilet bowl won’t stop after flushing. The pathway is so slippery.

Perfect location, one minute walk into town, you can even see the cable car from the window. But it was still a very quiet location. Sofa and beds were very very comfortable. Heating was fantastic. Kitchen was very well equipped. Lots of space. The TV worked well, we had English language channels. The lights on the entrance were a nice touch. Bathroom was great

There were some quite minor things we didn't like, but the good so much outweighed the bad... So I won't put anything here, because you should really choose this house.

Good location and facilities.

There were no toiletries, no spices, no laundry detergent.
