AUUSLocation was very nice for walking distance to many attractions, food and entertainment. The apartment itself was nice. Like the set up with having still some separation from the third level to the top in case you have guest sleeping in the futon area. Restaurant downstairs was a nice added bonus.
Was a little worried when I walked into the building as the hallway and entry area I would say are not very clean and the hallway didn’t smell the greatest, but pleasantly surprised when I got in the apartment. Night time there’s a few homeless people around, but they didn’t really bother you.
USThe location was walkable to Union station and downtown but the immediate area was full of homeless people and loud.
Too many stairs, 38 to get to the unit and 26 inside. Too loud to sleep at night and too old.
CAThe property and the multi-level set-up was great for 2 people. It was really easy to get and we didn’t mind the 3 flights of stairs. The location was excellent. We walked every day to various local restaurants like Marco’s coal fired pizza, Work & Class and The Lobby. Host was very responsive. We will definitely stay here when we come back.
We loved that this property had its own available private parking space. We asked for a mid-size rental SUV but the rental place gave us a huge Grand Traverse vehicle (7-seater) to drive which was super nice and was great to drive around in. Thank goodness the vehicle had a backup camera with sensors, the lot wasn’t full and my husband is a patient driver because the parking space was tight to get into.
KRUSLocation couldn't have been better, really easy to get into the property and the host was very accommodating and communicative. Property itself was super funky, clean, and has everything you need for your stay, would def stay here again in future in Denver!

Yes, it was noisy but you should expect some noise if you stay in a busy, downtown area, so it did not bother us.
