So affordable and just perfect. Rooms a lovely, cleaner comes every day so the place is spotless. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and there’s a huge supermarket 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk away. The owner was so friendly and answered the phone at 11pm when we couldn’t find the property. The location was amazing and views from the property were beautiful.

Aucun personnel durant tout notre séjour. Beaucoup de mouches partout dans le logement. Pas d insonorisation Les lits étaient très inconfortables. Les chambres peu lumineuses.

Wonderful Authentic Madeira Experience It was our first time in Madeira and also our first experience staying in a shared house. We were pleasantly surprised. The photos did not fully capture the authentic local charm of the property. The house is beautifully decorated with antique furniture, and the wooden parquet floors add a special character. Although the kitchen is shared, it was always very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the beautiful cabinet, the veranda with a lovely view, and the peaceful atmosphere. In the morning, we woke up to a breathtaking view of a green cliff outside our window, accompanied by the sound of roosters and many birds singing. Several other guests were staying in the house, but everything was calm, quiet, and comfortable throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed this unique and authentic Madeira experience and would happily stay here again.

La stanza n.8 zero privacy, si trova all'ingresso della casa e quindi sia la finestra che la porta devono rimanere chiuse e si sta con la luce accesa sempre. L'uso della lavatrice inesistente, accessori per la cucina, pochissimi e vecchi. Lontano da tutto. Vista mare inesistente. Struttura vecchia con molti lavori da fare.

La struttura si trova in una posizione molto comoda, buon punto di partenza per visitare l’isola. Tuttavia, c’è da dire che all’inizio non è facile individuarla, quindi consiglierei al proprietario di allegare un video in cui mostra 1. come arrivarci dalla strada principale e 2. dove trovare il proprio key lock box. Per parcheggiare non ci sono problemi: ci sono molti parcheggi gratuiti lungo la strada. La struttura è molto pulita: le pulizie vengono effettuate ogni mattina. Il letto della mia stanza era comodo. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile nel rispondere sempre e velocemente ai miei messaggi.

La sera non è ben illuminata esteriormente. La cucina ha un odore veramente forte che invade un po’ tutta la casa.. questa è la pecca più grande; se come me siete molto sensibile agli odori.. questa casa non fa per voi. Non c’era il microonde, che fa sempre comodo avere a disposizione. La mia stanza era un po’ fredda e l’ultima notte avrei gradito avere una stufetta o qualcosa per riscaldarla.
