"Comfortable, at a reasonable price."

Very welcoming host, and comfortable room with choice of teas and coffee, plus wide range of toiletries. Plenty of wardrobe space. Shared bathroom but right next door to the room, and no problem with privacy. I had to leave quite early to catch a train but this was no problem, and the buses to and from the city centre (about 20-25 minute journey) stop just five minutes' walk away.

Nice, friendly, safe, peaceful environment close to the city. The room was really cozy like shown in the picture. The hospitality was second to non, they even helped us with the planning for our short trip giving us so many tips. We absolutely enjoyed staying here!

"The perfect cosy stay for a night or two In Edinburgh"

Hana and Michal were superb hosts, they made sure we were very comfortable with refreshments and were so generous as to offer us a lift to the airport nearby. Room was clean and cosy.

A little far from the main city but great spot if you need to get to the airport!

Despite being a shared apartment, the spaces are well organized and privacy is guaranteed. Friendly and very helpful owners. Very well connected to transport links to both Edinburgh city center and the airport
