"Fabulous house with character and charm."

Everything was excellent. The house was clean and well appointed. Rooms were spacious and the kitchen was superb. Worming out the hot water was a bit tricky at first but if I’d read the welcome pack it would have explained things. 20mins from Durham which was perfect for our needs.

I cannot think of anything negative.

"Really enjoyable and comfortable."

Spacious, clean and well equipped.

The only thing I can say is the beds are very squeaky as are the doors but that’s the only thing.

"Perfect stay"

The house was excellent - it had everything needed for a comfortable stay and was spotlessly clean. Perfectly equipped with everything you need. Photos actually don't do it justice, I loved it! Ample parking on the street. A lovely restaurant just around the corner and also a pub right next door. Perfect location. Do take the time to read the information folder provided - especially essential for instructions for using the hot water.

Everything, the place was well furnished and done to a high spec

Only issue was there was no freezer but in all honesty that was not a major issue
