Lovely accommodation, fantastic quiet area. Breakfast is made fresh every morning by the host. Very new facilities and very clean. The host was very helpful and friendly. This place is absolutely superb!

If you somehow ended up in this region and you have a car, feel free to choose this accommodation option! At the highest point is the church of Santa Maria di Panisacco, and below it, 50 meters lower, is an old monastery house, which, thanks to the efforts of the new owners, has been restored and equipped into a modern guest house. You can’t get here without a car. 800 meters uphill along a serpentine road, and you’re at the very top of the mountain! The parking lot is quite far from the house, you have to walk along a paved path (it’s not convenient to carry suitcases). Entrance to the territory is through a gate with a combination lock. A large stone terrace on the ground floor. In the warm season, you can sit here with a book and coffee. Apartments on the first floor. The stairs are steep, not convenient with suitcases. Three large rooms and a kitchen-living room. The renovation was done recently. Everything is new and clean. The kitchen has a microwave, kettle, refrigerator. Tableware. There is salt and pepper. In the fridge there is milk, juices, yoghurts, butter. Snacks, tea, coffee are offered. Down in the town there are shops where you can buy ready-made food: it is quite possible to heat it up in this kitchen and serve dinner, that's what we did. In the morning they offer very tasty pastries, which are baked here. In addition, cheese, sausage, ham, drinks. Two brothers manage the guest house, the eldest lives here, on the floor above (he bakes bread and croissants). The room is spacious and bright. The windows overlook the mountains. A large bed, a wardrobe, a table, a cabinet for suitcases. There is little furniture, but everything you need. There are sockets for chargers near the bed. Entrance to the rooms is carried out using an electronic card. Internet access via WiFi at high speed. The bathroom is spacious with a large modern shower. The water pressure is very good. Consumables are offered. There is a hair dryer, an electric heated towel rail.

The bed linen and towel are clean. The pillows are comfortable. The owners are always in touch and will help solve any questions or problems that arise. I would stay in this house every time, but it is far away for me, I chose this place to stay because of the lack of offers where I needed it. I highly recommend it to anyone who is coming here! A bit expensive for this place. A great place for a comfortable stay.

Fantastic accommodation! Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night. The freshly baked croissant in the morning was divine. Thank you for everything!

Loved the modern, high-end rooms inside a centuries-old structure. The bed was comfortable with good support, water pressure was great in the shower, and the croissants for breakfast were the best we’ve had, even compared to the 4-star hotel we stayed in. Also the pound cake was fabulous. Lots of other offerings we didn’t try, including yogurt, fresh fruit and toast. Hiked up the 300 steps to the church above it; spectacular views! Best were the owners, such a warm, friendly family!

You really need a car unless you are a good hiker because public transportation is down a steep hill.

Recently luxuriously restored country estate. With awesome bathrooms and stairway and everything. The way it was reconstructed was really inspiring. There were 3 big separate bedrooms with attached bathrooms and common kitchen dining area.

Breakfast could be better, next time I would rather do it myself.
