Modern 3 Bedroom Apartment in Markinch, Fife

Spacious apartment. Super comfortable beds. Very clean. Very good price for the number of rooms and a nicely maintained flat.

The bar stools were a little creaky and we would have liked one more as there were 3. A coffee table and lamps in the bedrooms would have been a welcome bonus. The car park outside the flat is a little unkept but inside the flat is lovely.

location was perfect for train links, buses and Balbirnie house hotel (wedding Venue), Laurel bank Hotel across the road was great for food and the Greens of Markinch directly below was very well stocked and had coffee machine and a hot food counter which was fantastic for breakfasts and Lunch if needed.

The cleaner could have worn Glasses and remember behind doors and units also need cleaned. The oven door was dirty and the oven tray instead of cleaning and putting back was on top of the units the whole time. (still there when we left). six glasses and they were small and no wine glasses! was tough we had to buy plastic and cardboard tumblers from shop, 2 forks for 6 people was a bit off again had to buy plastic from shop. Couch was full of crumbs under cushions and the three bar stool were absolutely wrecked need replacing, Beds were really comfy although pillows were like pancakes and dirty no protectors, these are all small fixable things and the place would be fantastic. Again I have to write an honest review and I am sorry if it sounds picky, bedding, towels plenty off all supplied and Clean although again even one tea towel could have been handy when there is no dishwasher (shop again had cloths we bought). the Shop was an essential, we knew the staff by the end of our stay.

Wonderful location and very well equipped apartment. The owner has went to great detail in ensuring all of the amenities are available, working well and with plenty extra little things. Definitely recommend it.

Very clean and warm great parking

It was ok.. place is good in quite place.working heater. , comfortable beds. I went there with my kids and parent .. enough space. Grocery is just under the property..I stayed there for 3 nights.

No handwashing, no plastics for bins, no soaps in washrooms, carpets were moving not stable , no hangers in the wordrobe, no dishwashing soaps, no bins in toilet , hosts didn’t know how does the heater works. I bought these all by myself. If these r covered then It’s the best place to be.
