"Horrible. Losing trust on booking.com"

Nothing Horrible expérience. No keys, no one picked up the phone.just texted messages. Had to wait for 2 hours Then offered another property. That was even worse.so requested to cancel and refund and booked another hôtel

It was really bad experience and really cheated. Booking.com can approve such properties 😪
