Perfect if you don’t need to sleep in it. Almost every weekend the fire alarm turn on and you can’t rest. I barely slept 2h all night. The sistem in entire building is defeated. So if you don’t watch to be waken up at 5am-6am by the alarm avoid. But the apartment was beautiful nothing to complain about it. All the conditions needed.
