We were not alone as the owner lives on site. So we didn't feel it was totally private. First property this year we've stayed at where there wasn't a key code to get the key. The kitchen could have more utensils like chopping boards, coffee machine and a dining table would be useful. Be prepared to be vetted upon arrival when you get the key (They must have had some bad guests in the past).
GBA nice new building, set in a very peaceful location. Parking is right outside the door, the whole apartment is very clean and modern. The wifi works, but is a little slow. All the rooms are a very good size and there is a balcony for you to take in the views.
It is on the first floor, so there are some stairs.

Not enough seating for 4 people. Dog hairs all over the rug. Dog poop all over the grass area. Not enough utensils. Not enough storage for 4 people. Not very friendly owners.
