Location - really bad road, view is a construction site Pool - non existent Toilet / bathroom is extremely small and uncomfortable I didn’t like the layout - it looks great on the pics but in reality it’s not practical Noise from the corridors at night - walls aren’t sound proof

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!

First, getting to the apartment is a nightmare of poor roads and construction. It took an extra 30 minutes to reach the apartment which will make getting a Grab or Go-JeK almost impossible as the drivers know the road is crap. Second, the description of “potential construction noise” should really read “constant construction noise 24/7”. Even though laws exist for start and stop times in Bali as well as no construction on Sunday, this is Bali and the construction noise is constant. The pool. What pool? As shallow pond for one person. No pics in the description should have been the tip. In summary, we left after 15 minutes and requested a refund which was refused (eventually 1 night out of 4 although we didn't stay there at all. Stay away from this property until the photos are updated (with a current dated video) and the description of the property and surrounding area is correct. And then a word about booking.com: if you have a problem, good luck as they will go back to the owner and then back to you but it all takes a day or two. And then a word about the booking agent which is very popular in Bali: HOMBALI...read HomBAD. Problem? go to booking.com. Want to talk to the owner? No way. (I hope the owner reads this comment). In summary, if you want to book a villa these days in Bali ask a lot of questions and get a current 360 video. We won't rent again with HomBAD and anytime we want to rent a villa we or a close friend will make an inspection first.

The apartment was very modern and clean and had a very good kitchen with all the amenities you need to be self sufficient. The wifi & a/c are really good and the staff were very friendly.

Whilst its not the properties fault, the construction in the area really ruins the experience. The street is a huge messy construction site, and power tools go from 7am to well after dark, so relaxing on the balcony is just not an option.

The apartment is stunning 🤩 everything is brand new Staff is very friendly and helpful.

you get a small terrace with plunge also there is sofa for chill n watch movie, like all you need to be pleased... also location is very nice and i didnt hear so much of the construction:)
