New big flat with balcony 50mts away from beach Parking Optional

Nos gustó todo la zona el apartamento y sobre todo q tuviera parking que es lo más importante por qué por la zona es difícil aparcar.Fernando un encanto de persona siempre pendiente de todo!cuando vuelva a GC sin duda me alojaría ahí otra vez!Todo super limpio!la playa casi en la puerta a2min andando,restaurantes.... las canteras que es una maravilla para disfrutar dando un paseo,en la playa....!

No hubo nada que no nos gustara!todo genial😃

Lärm nachts von der Straße

Appartamento a pochi passi dal parcheggio privato e dalla spiaggia. Host cordiale, ti accoglie all’ingresso e ti consegna la card da usare per il parcheggio. Non manca nulla. C’è la classica moka, non la macchina per il caffè a capsule che si vede nelle foto, ma da buona italiana non mi ha dato fastidio.

Come in tutte le zone un po’ centrali si sentono i rumori di notte. Nello specifico durante il mio soggiorno c’era qualche lavoro in strada.

Bardzo wygodny materac, ale hałas zza okna przeszkadzał w odpoczynku. Mieszkanie duże, klimatyzacja, nieźle wyposażona kuchnia, zapewnione kosmetyki

Brakowało mi ekspresu do kawy albo kawiarki i elektrycznej suszarki na ubrania, bo w dni, kiedy tam byliśmy pogoda nie pozwalała by suszyć ubrania na balkonie, przeszkadzał mi hałas z ulicy

Great location, one block from the beach. Lift to the apartment, everything very comfortable and clean. Balcony is small but good to have, air conditioning worked well if needed. Supermarket very close by. Parking in a separate parking garage but only a few minutes walk. Had a great stay here, host was excellent, very responsive & helpful.

Could have done with more power sockets.

We had great time, and host communication was on top! It's literally 2 mins away from the beach and 5 mins to parking lot. Plus many restaurants around so location wise it's 10/10 Windows do not have soundproofing but the cafes downstairs close at around 22-23 and after that it's very quite till around 6 in the morning Kitchen is simple, with essential things for cooking, we were missing a few things to make it more comfortable but nothing we didn't survive without. They even had dishes for the baby :) Layout of apartment is very convenient with bedroom being far away from kitchen and bathroom so it's great if someone is sleeping. Rooms are ok size, but if you come with a baby, cot will have to be in living room or you will have to sleep with the baby, as there is no room for it in the bedroom. Bed is good size and very comfortable (on a harder side)

Central location, qood bed, quite a functional flat even not the one we had rented. Miguel was very friendly and helpful and easy to reach. He provided us immediately with new kettles and pan as the older were quite well used. There was also a bottle of nice red wine and some sweets waiting for us. There was air con in the living room and fans in other rooms so staying in the flat was comfortable. The kitchen corner was small but enough to prepare the breakfast for 2 persons. Washing machine was good. The location is very good, lots of bars and restaurants nearby, a well equipped DINO Supermarket nearby, the Mercado del Puerto behind the corner, long sandy beach just behind the corner etc. Fascinating city if one does not stay just on the beach and on the street along the beach.

We got a totally different flat we had rented. Less beautiful, no balcony, but a small third room instead. No real windows, so we could not look out at all. Miquel told that there had been a water accident in the flat we originally had rented, this was why we got this other one. The entire attic floor had been apparently newly renovated, and some smaller things were still under work. Most disturbing was a bad smell from the pipes at the beginning. At the beginning, we also had no towels nor second set of bed sheets for a change even we stayed over 3 weeks. Miquel prompty provided them after our request. No tumble dryer but a drying rack which we also got after asking it. We got an impression that Miquel and co were new in this business of renting apartments, and the problems we encountered were just initial ones and will disappear long the time.
