"In general, it was a nice place to stay."

Spacious with new furniture.

The bathroom was not so clean. There were hairs and debris around the drain in all bathrooms.

The location and the space was nice.

The front porch wasn't clean and found number of cocoroches at the downstairs bathroom and even in the kitchen. No aircond in the living hall, and no water heater in the master bedroom bathroom.

"Overall is good"

Comfortable stay. Distance from the main town but quite place. Kitchen ware is provided whereby can cook on your own. Vehicle can be parked at the compound area. The house is big enough, not too worry of two families staying together.

No water heater for shower. No air conditioner found except the master bedroom, but for me it's acceptable. No eatery outlets nearby. Therefore need to drive out or else call Grab car.
