Luxe City Hot Tub: Urban Retreat

Apartment was well presented and clean😊The small touches made all the difference such as robes layed out on the bed with some disposable slippers as well as a complementary little bottle of champagne. Hot tub was lovely and warm waiting for us on arrival . Everything was just overall brilliant! Only a 10 minute walk from train station and centre, along with a shop on the next road so great location. My Partner left his jacket at the property and we don’t live locally so I messaged the owner of the apartment and he offered to post it to us free of charge. He also checked in on us to make sure everything was okay on day of arrival as well as giving easy instructions to gain access to the property. Everything was straight forward

i like hot tub

i m really disappointed. property is really small, rooms was dirty. lots of dust. lots of things needs to fixing. no ventilation. And very strong smell of mold. All my clothes smelling of mold. i m have bad experience in this place. outside lights not working. dump in garden. only plus was hot tub. but again everyone can see me in hot tub. Change your cleaning company.

I loved the hot tub and the style of the apartment

I didn’t like how messy the bins were outside in the back of the alley, it smelt. The bed was extremely squeaky, when turning in the night I woke up my partner and I was woken by the noise of the squeaky bed.

Central location, easy to find. The decor of the property was well done and looked professional. Kitchen had good facilities and was clean.

The doors didn’t feel very secure as they were difficult to close and the back door was warped. The hot tub was lovely, but very overlooked by neighbouring houses so it didn’t offer a lot of privacy. Although the property overall was fairly clean, we found clumps of hair in the bath mat and blankets, and you would see where a previous large stain was on the duvet. We also found belongings from a previous guest on the shelves. The bed was also incredibly squeaky, and any slight movement made a loud noise. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor as we couldn’t relax with the noise of the frame. The shower tray was also nearly overfilling after a few minutes of use. When we checked out, we had seen that the lockbox was opened, which caused a sense of uneasiness.

Very clean and well appointed , furnished with great taste and close to rail station as well as town. Quiet location . I was positively impressed by the absence of a musty smell despite being a basement flat. The shower room was great and the shower powerful. The small back garden with the hottie is a sun trap in the mornings and the chairs and table very comfortable. The TV and sound system are impressive and the I terror modern and clearly new. The whole place was immaculately clean. Very comfortable mattress.

At 5 10 and 6 2 the queen size bed with a bar at the bottom was simply too small for us. The bed is also new but was very squeaky, so we pulled the mattes on the floor.( mattress very comfortable!)I told the owner and he is set to remedy that so may well be changed by now. It was unfortunate that the hot tub didn’t work but these things happen and we were offered a discount. Not likely to repeat itself. We could hear the people above leaving for work in the morning which may not be relevant if you are an early bird or staying on a weekend.

Luxe City was lovely inside and out. There was everything you needed and more included in your stay. The place was very clean and beautifully set up, and the hot tub was perfect, all ready to use as soon as you wanted. The staff were very accommodating and answered all questions/enquiries promptly. The accommodation is so close to all the entertainment in Norwich, perfect walking distance from where we wanted to go, with parking on site to leave our car.

The only thing we didn't really like was the bed. It was extremely noisy every time you tried to move or roll over during the night. Although it was still comfy.
