Clean, peaceful place

Staff didn't know which rooms at the property were Deluxe ones and which were Superior ones! The washing machine could be run only if the Air Conditioning was switched off. Only one staff did the cooking, cleaning and other stuff. I have had better tasting meals at lower prices at other similar properties. The elevator got broken due to rains and we had to use the stairs for last couple of days of our stay. Not worth the amount of money.

My room was big and was in a quiet area. I love a room that offers both fan and air-conditioning. The staff here go above and beyond to help. It was clean, and breakfast was tasty. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The rooms were good to very good. The location is excellent for getting out and about in Delhi and is in a peaceful locality facing a park. There is a person who cooks, and apart from the complimentary breakfast you can get him to make you meals for a bit of extra money.

The room initially given was not the room I had booked but a smaller one. I was told that the persons staying in the larger room had extended their stay. While they did offer to reduce the tariff for the days we would be in the smaller room, there was no heads up or even acknowledgement of the change until I raised the issue myself at the location. The cook while always available is a bit hit or miss. While the large room we were eventually given was excellent, the smaller room had a little bit of damp coming through the walls. Also the place is on the more expensive side. If you plan ahead you can get a pretty decent hotel room in delhi for the price.
