Room very clean.

The secured property is very easy, every entry and elevator usages requires their access card to use/unlock. The room and unit location is very clean and worry-free.

None to be said.

Humedades con moho en el baño. El owner ni siquiera se puso en contacto antes de la hora del check in, y tuvimos que escribirle tres horas más tarde por instrucciones.

The view

Toilet seat was broken, AC performance was low, water heater was working only sometimes, not enough basic supplies like toilet paper and pool access times were wrong. When we addressed the host about this, he did not care and kept looking for excuses instead of proper replys. After a phone call he even startet to yell at us. There was no kitchen towl or clean Sponge. So people are using their shower towels for the dishes...?! Also there were no chairs on the balcony, leading to people taking the pillows to sit on (the ones, that are not washed), after check out, the Staff just Puts them on the bed again. There were cockroaches in the appartment constantly and the Ceiling in the bathroom was full of mold. So Overall very unhygenic, gross apparment with broken or missing inventory and a aggressive host. The Pool was gross as well. There was mold everywhere. We would not recommend to stay here. We can not understand the 8.7 on booking.
