There is a 24 hour reception with local people, they are very competent. We should have known that when the neighbours made noise at night, partying and smoking weed. The situation was quickly solved the next day. The building is quite old and you can see that in the decoration, and the walls are not noise proof. The pool area is meticulously kept clean and cared for, it is very nice. There is chlorine in the pool. Each morning people swimmed as training. Nice place. The location is very much up hill. Good exercise when walking ! Center of Los Cristianos is 20 min on foot down hill. There was a button in the apartment where everything could be switched of, that was good.

The kitchen counter was quite worn out but all was functioning well. There is excessive power on the electrical appliances, it says humming noises
