Very nice hotel, definitely a good value for the money. Location is great, there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and the sea is close. The personnel is super nice, friendly, and will help you organize your day. We booked a day cruise with them and it was fantastic! You can also rent a motorbike to go around the island on your own. The room is clean, relatively big and comfortable. Wifi works. There is no door between the toilet and the shower in the shower, but they are still separated, which is rare in Vietnam. Breakfast is great: good portions and everything is delicious.

I loved the place and the staff was very nice. Breakfast was amazing and I loved my room but I missed Netflix! the view from the room was not nice but I spent my time outside so it didn't bother me that much. I definitely recommend the place. They provide also tours at a good price. Thank you

The room was very comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is central and close to many restaurants and stores. The attention of the staff was very kind. They booked me a tour to Lan Ha Bay and my bus to Sa Pa.

Nice size room, good breakfast, room was regularly cleaned. Staff were very helpful. I extended my stay multiple times.

Convenient location, quiet. Very comfortable bed. Very friendly host family, the lady at the reception is extremely helpful with any tour or bus bookigs. The hotel offers tour and bus bookings at fair prices.

The hotel staff is amazing. Answered with a smile and with patience to all our questions, helped with everything - trips, transportation. I would give the hotel owners a score of 10+. Very comfortable room, good and comfortable beds. Efficient air conditioner, shower and all the necessary equipment in the bathroom were excellent. Very clean, quiet, TV with YouTube.

Breakfast was completely different to the photos on the website - you have to ask the staff for anything. So, they bring, but in a limited amount, without selection. Another thing that does not depend, of course, on the hotel - it is very difficult to walk in the city because of extensive renovations, heavy tools on the streets, noise and dust.
