"Designer flat for your service"

Very nice and modern. 4 flat tv's in the flat, bath tube in the biggest badroom! Water and milk in the fridge, cafe and some Italian food waiting us. 3 air conditioners. Lift/elevator in the building.

The usual parking.

Appartement propre Bon rapport qualité prix/prix

Appartement mal indiqué au départ. Pas de numéro Mauvais numéro de téléphone. Quand on ne parle pas Italien ça commence très mal. Nous avons failli passer la nuit dans la voiture. Très difficile pour se garer

Appartamento situato in una zona molto comoda, a 10 minuti dallo stadio di Bari e a 15 minuti dal centro di Bari. La struttura si trova all'interno di un residence nuovo e ben tenuto, infatti l'appartamento è praticamente nuovo, arredamenti moderno e con tutti i comfort possibili, con due camere da letto distinte e separate ed un bagno. I locali sono tutti climatizzati, ottima scelta. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la presenza di acqua nel frigo al nostro arrivo. Il check in è stato molto semplice, tutto in automatico e da remoto. Prezzo davvero molto conveniente, sono certo che ritorneremo.

In alcuni punti dell'appartamento si notava la presenza di polvere
