Les photos ne montre pas la réalité, hotel non adapté aux familles, les studios ne sont pas des studios mais des chambres petites avec frigo et micro-ondes, le robinet de la douche à moitié cassé et dur à ouvrir, luminaires cassé, mur tellement fin que toute la nuit on attend la télévision du voisin puis ses ronflements, à l’extérieur des personnes (clients) déambulate seul musique à fond… ne devrait même pas être sur booking

The location was convenient to my travel destination.

The facility was old and in need of repair. Example: the vertical blinds over the sliding glass door were broken, allowing the glare from the patio light into the room overnight.

5 stars for the hotel staff and customer service! JACK, the reservation desk clerk went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was like a home away from home. He must be a valued employee. 😊 The room was tight, but comfortable, with a bed, couch and cable tv with HBO. Dogs under 40 pounds are welcome for a $20 fee. The room was reasonably clean, except for some small details. The main thing that I liked was that there were NO BUGS and the building was quiet and peaceful. There is gated parking and lots of security cameras everywhere. I felt safe. I would stay here again I need something larger than a queen room, it was tight in there with a wheelchair guest.

The bathroom was so small to me, the toilet was too low, nothing to grab to help me stand up. The room was old looking and there was long hair in the bathtub.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, less than 5 minutes walk from a grocery store and pharmacy, and a large shopping mall is a 30 minute walk or 4 bus stops away, which is very close. The hotel is well connected by public transportation. As a solo traveler, I felt safe staying there. The staff is very professional and friendly. The rooms are neat and clean, the internet is great, the pool and gym are great, and the parking lot in front is large. Highly recommended! If I come to Torrance again, I will definitely stay here.
