We had a wonderful stay. Excellent location, very clean, and the host was very helpful and available at any time

I liked the bath and the window was on the quiet side of the street so it was nice to rest and sleep. The host was thoughtful and nice

I didn't like that there were other housemates in the kitchen making noise while partying.

We needed to extend our stay in Verona an extra day but not pay the high, last minute prices in the city center. La Casa di Varda was a perfect place to recharge for the evening and it was very close to Porta Vescovo which made our next morning’s travel very easy. The communion from the host was the best and the place was incredibly clean. It was a 30 minute walk to the arena and the property is just outside the city wall by a block or two.

The description of how to get to the apartment and communication was great

Too pricy for what’s been offered - 160 Eur for one night in an area where mostly refugees live is not so pleasant ! I wouldn’t have booked if I didn’t have to

15min walk to center, bus stop right by. Check in is autonomous and room was clean and pretty.

Good location for my conference and easy access to public transportation. Very clean and the check in was seem less and well communicated. Overall a great experience.

Furnishings are a bit sparse, but it was very economical so you can't expect the Ritz

This is not a private apartment, but rather a room in a large apartment with a shared kitchen and private bathroom with a window to another house, but the good thing is that you can lower the blinds. It's more like a hostel. The bed was also old, noisy and uncomfortable.
