Our rooms were modern, clean and well equipped. The main bedroom was very spacious and had very good amenites, except for a rubbish bin. The location of the guest house is very close to shops, restaurants and the old town.

I could not fault this place.

The room is spacious and clean. It is conveniently located in the new part of the city, close to the University, the shopping area and the train station.. Roberto is a wonderful host who kindly offered us a late check out. Roberto thank you for the hospitality!

The location of the apartment is very good, walking distance to everything you need to see in Bari. The room looked newly renovated.

Some things are out of the owner’s control, but should be known to potential visitors: 1. The apartment is located on a pretty busy street, even with ear plugs you can get woken up by music, cars, ambulances- without ear plugs I do not see how you could sleep. 2. The bathroom has quite a terrible smell- when we first arrived we asked for the room to be cleaned again because the bathroom smelled like sewage. They tried fixing it but it was only temporary- within a day it smelled just as bad (it is an older building). There were some things we did not appreciate, that might be in their control: 1. We did see that there is daily cleaning with additional charge. Personally, I thought that maybe the room would be cleaned free of charge every other day/every three days, but when I asked I was told that it costs 20 euros/day (including towels) and 13 euros just a change of towels. I think this information should be said somewhere obvious, especially the price (because on the day of the check out I was asked for 30 euros- I understand it was a mistake, but if I did not have the original price in writing I would have had to pay more). 2. Even with 20 euros for cleaning, the room was far from spotless. There were a lot of mosquitoes, spider webs (see attached) and our bed linens had holes in them (as per the photos). 3. If you need the room to be pitch black when you sleep, there is a big light that you can not turn off in front of your room (we were given the option to get face masks for sleeping, but we declined). Still, I would have liked to know this before booking. The owner was hospitable and nice to us, these are just objective things that disappointed us with our accommodation.

Top location, 7 min. from trainstation/ old town/seaboard. Accomodation with spacious room and bathroom, coffee (Lavazza) and tee facility/small fridge/ super bed....all clean-clean! And very quiet inside. Very friendly host, contacted us by WhatsApp according location, which was easy to find, where he was waiting for us. Also during our stay informed if everything was okay and provided unexpected service! We definitely recommand!

This was one of the best accomodations I've ever been to! Just to name a few of the highlights: - the proximity to the train station (6-7 min) and to the city center (less than 10 mins) - Roberto, the owner, is a very kind and attentive person, always keeping in touch and making sure we have everything we need. He greeted us at the location even though we arrived pretty late, around 11 PM - the room is very big, with plenty of space for everything - free coffee and tea. Also 2 bottles of water in the fridge - the rooms are at the first floor so we could take the stairs. There is a lift in the building but it's accessible only with a key upon request - plenty of towels and even some slippers - the room has a minibar, a smart TV, high speed internet, a kettle Overall a really great experience. When I'll return to Bari I'll definitely stay here again!

Everything was really great, with only some small inconveniences: - not too many electrical outlets in the room - it could be a little too noisy given that the room is at one of the main streets. But we didn't have a problem with that. With the balcony door closed you don't hear almost anything

I traveled for work. Roberto, the owner, was very nice and available ( even before I arrived). The apartment is spacious and comfortable, clean and in great location (walking distance from the old town of Bari, restaurants and historical sights.
