Allt var till belåtenhet. Välstädat, smakfullt inrett, har allt vi önskar. Har bott här flera gånger. Kommer bo här igen. Fri parkering. Fritt WiFi.

Vid något tillfälle har någon hunnit boka före mig då vi tänkt boka. Då får man välja något annat som ev. Kan vara dyrare/inte lika bra.

Excellent communication from host, easy access to property, parking exactly as described. Lovely little touches like little snacks and stuff waiting for us when we got there even though we were only staying a night passing through. Place was nicely decorated, didn't feel like they skimped on supplies. Well thought out space and had basically everything we needed. Not too far a walk from town but also it's not very busy in Sundsvall compared to most other places so you can easily drive ir get public transport. Little things make a big difference to me, and I really liked how the host even coiled the cords for the bedside lamps around the lamp base so that the switch was easily accessible and not dragging near the floor, it's the kind of thing that I do myself at home and shows that they've thought about making sure guests are comfy. Lovely amount of light comes into the space through the windows as well so it's definitely not a dark basement area. Or, and the water pressure is phenomenal for showers and gets lovely and hot as well as super cold if you like that sort of thing.

Couldn't see that there was any way to open the window and it took us a little while to find one of the radiators hidden behind the bed headboard and so it was a bit too warm for us before we found that and turned it off (there is an outside door to the garden though, we opened that for a bit to cool off the space). The toilet is slightly awkwardly placed with a section of wall protruding but honestly it wasn't as big a deal as I thought it would be (I'm massive, 6ft 5in or 196cm) and I was fine in the end, but just be aware. Also it would be nice if there was a small shelf or something above or near the sink to put your stuff on while you brush your teeth or shave etc, this could be easily fixed. Finally the shower door wouldnt quite close properly on one side, I think it needs adjusting, I was worried the floor would flood but it wasn't that bad in the end.
