Smestaj je na dobroj lokaciji blizu centra, zgrada je nova i lepa, apartman je udoban i svetao. Delovalo je da čistoća nije bas na zavidnom nivou.

"Wyjątkowo dobry lokal z garażem za dobrą cenę, ale z kilkoma istotnymi wadami."

Lokalizacja tuż obok dworca, blisko starówki, nowy budynek, pełne wyposażenie, szczególnie w kuchni. Sprawna klimatyzacja, przestronna łazienka, wygodne łóżka, bardzo blisko do dyskontu spożywczego. Podziemny garaż jest wielkim atutem w mieście praktycznie pozbawionym miejsc parkingowych.

Wadliwy wyjazd z garażu, o czym nie zostałem uprzedzony przez obsługę (uszkodziłem podwozie przy pierwszym wyjeździe, dla bezpieczeństwa samochodu musiałem używać wjazdu). Brak WiFi w tak dobrym obiekcie to porażka. Fatalne oświetlenie (bardzo ostre, zimne światło). Wymagająca procedura zameldowania i dopłaty w razie późnego przyjazdu.
