Zonă ușor accesibilă, un apartament spațios, numai bun pentru un grup de 4 persoane.

Nivelul de curățenie ar putea fi îmbunătățit. Suprafețele mobilierului, mai ales în baie, prezentau praf și urme vizibile, iar zona de lângă chiuvetă (mai exact, masca chiuvetei) părea deteriorată și neîngrijită. De asemenea, ușa de la șifonierul din dormitor, stătea să cadă. Pernele decorative nu erau chiar în cea mai bună stare a lor, iar pe jos nu părea să fi curățat cineva măcar cu aspiratorul. Parcarea nu este în incinta curții, ci pe trotuarul din față, pe premisa “primul venit, primul servit”. În schimb, locația este ușor accesibilă, spațioasă, perfectă pentru un grup de 4 persoane.
