Cozy Flagstaff Home in Cool Pines - Country Club

The condo was in a convient location near the interstate we would use often for our area national park and monument visits. Updates are underway at this well-loved property, with attractive new tile work in the baths. I suspect further updates are planned for the furnishings as well. The owner was very responsive to our request for pest-control service by sending out someone the same morning, which resolved the concern we had reported. An added bonus is use of the 2-car garage at the property, making it very convenient to load and unload the car. We would rent this property again if traveling to Flagstaff.

As mentioned previously, some of the furnishings in the condo are in need of replacement/updating, and based on the updates we noted, this is probably in the works in the near future. It would have been helpful to have basic instructions on operating/accessing programming on the streaming-based TV service. It was a TV service with which we were not familiar. The big screen, however, was excellent with a very good picture.

After four other condos throughout our trip through the west this was the best. By entering one felt at home. All applications in this very spacious and tasteful place worked fine. Especially the garage, the BBQ and the fireplace were a treat. Everything was clean and the beds had good firm mattresses. The kitchen was well equipped so one could start right away. Contact with Todd was fast and helpful.

The train and the I40 can be a bit disturbing when opening the windows at night. Closing the windows and using the balcony on the other side of the house fixed that.

Perfect location as we were there for a golf turney at Continental.

Nice location in the pines away from downtown Flagstaff crowds but close enough to go there if you want. Nice neighborhood. Lovely cottage with kitchen, living space, patio, and garage. Pretty green parks nearby.

Couch and chair in the main room are not especially comfortable but it didn't affect our stay and we would stay here again.

Garage, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, common area, icemaker & deck.

Convenient location for our planned activities. Had everything we needed.

We could hear the nearby trains passing by sometimes, but not overly loud.

The home was beautiful!! Great location!! Clean!! Confortable!! We loved every thing about our stay . hated to leave ☺️

Everything was exceptional! Super cute cabin/condo. 45 minute drive to Sedona and 1 1/2 to The Grand Canyon. The place was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and decor was perfect for the mountains. Kids said it was 10/10. Will book again. Thanks Todd!
