Ce type de lieu avec une partie collective implique qu'il y ait un minimum de règle affiché et une présence humaine. Malheureusement ici (contrairement aux Hostels / auberges) les propriétaires sont des fantômes qu'on ne voit jamais et certains locataires n'ont aucune conscience de la vie en collectivité. Les communs, notamment la cuisine était donc systématiquement très salle, les poubelles débordaient...etc Il faudrait afficher à minima des règles et qu'il y ait une présence humaine régulière.
INThis property is essentially a fancy house with individual rooms sold separately. The rooms are comfortable, and the common areas are very well furnished and premium. We thoroughly enjoyed using the kitchen and washing machine. It was very cost effective and easy to access.
There are only two washrooms among the five rooms, so it can become a bottleneck during the morning hours. One toilet was broken for 1 day and while the host was responsive, it was irritating. Also, since the common spaces were shared, people often left used dishes and food in the kitchen. Someone even drank my beer from the fridge!

El apartamento estaba muy bien, al principio estaba muy limpio pero el segundo dia, faltaba limpieza en el baño y papel higiénico

ITEsperienza pessima. La pulizia era inesistente: c’erano capelli ovunque, sia nella camera sia in bagno: qui probabilmente dovuto agli altri inquilini ma comunque ad un livello inaccettabile. Alla fine ho dovuto pulire io stesso alcune aree per riuscire a soggiornare decentemente.
ESLas instalaciones no estan a nivel y podrian mejorar. Se vende algo que no corresponde con lo que es.

PLNiesamowicie sympatyczne miejsce!! Duża przestrzeń wspólna, urządzone z gustem, czysto. Kuchnia wspaniale wyposażona. Bardzo mili inni goście. Właścicielka bardzo sympatyczna. Pokój czysty, przestrzenny. Dostępna pralka. Łazienka czysta i nowoczesna.
W pokoju w nocy było gorąco (jest tylko wentylator). Do centrum trzeba troszkę podejść, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Niedaleka odległość od dworca (20 minut na piechotę).
