Fantastic location in the middle of the Medina, less than 5 minutes walk from the main square. Yet the place feels secluded and private. Very helpful staff, lovely interior. Highly recommended

Airport meet and escort to the door service really worthwhile and reasonably priced.Greeting and front of house staff exceptional. All staff really friendly and helpful at all times. Really attractive room with all facilities well thought out. We enjoyed relaxing on the beautiful roof terrace. Very nice buffet breakfast. The interior of this building is authentic and beautiful throughout. Our departure and onward travel were also perfectly arranged by the hotel. Nearly forgot, the location is great being pleasantly located on and among other small streets, yet only a few minutes walk from the main square.

Everything about the hotel was perfect!! However, a tip. Watch out for the motorcycles in the narrow streets. We saw a few glancing blows delivered accidentally to pedestrians who did not move far enough out of the way.

We hadden een shuttleservice geboekt via de Riad. Deze kwam ons ophalen bij het vliegveld, we waren wat verlaat echter was dat geen probleem. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen en werd ons Marokkaanse thee aangeboden. Na dat te hebben genuttigd werden kregen we een rondleiding in de Riad en werden we naar onze kamer gebracht. Wat een prachtige kamer, heel erg ruim! De ochtenden dat we daar waren genoten we van het ontbijt met een vriendelijke dame die ons welkom heette. Wat is zij ontzettend lief! De Riad was dichtbij de souks en dat was ook prettig.

Geen opmerkingen, alles was perfect!

This Riad is exceptional. The staff are kind and helpful. Everything is extremely clean. The breakfast is a buffet of Moroccan food which changes daily and everything is delicious. We stayed in the Amira / Royal Suite room and it was the most beautiful room we have ever stayed in. The staff arranged shuttles to and from the airport last-minute when our flight was delayed, and they were accommodating and kind with absolutely everything. We cannot recommend this Riad enough. You will love it here.

Eines der besten Hotels, in denen ich übernachtet habe. Schöne Zimmer, detailverspielte wunderschöne Innenhöfe. Leider wurde der Aufenthalt getrübt durch Lärm. Man konnte Mittags keine Entspannungspause einlegen, da in einem der Innenhöfe die gesamte Wäsche für die Wäscherei mit entsprechender Lautstärke verpackt wurde. Außerdem Baulärm vom Nachbarhaus. Schade! Allerdings wurde mir ein Austauschzimmer angeboten, was jedoch mit Unannehmlichkeiten eines erneuten Zusammenpackens verbunden war.

Riad muy bien conservado y muy bien situado en la Medina , a un paso de todo. Muy buen desayuno.

teniamos habitación en la 3a planta sin acceso en ascensor , con escalera bastante empinada, no nos ayudaron con las maletas y la wifi no funcionó durante dos dias.
