If it was for others staying there we would have left on 2nd day. We wasted 6 of 15 days dealing with maintenance that should have been completed before the property was available for rent.

This is a summary of our stay at the above mentioned condo from December 20th 2024 to January 4th 2025. We understand there were extenuating conditions due to heavy rain. This does not affect the condition of the apartment that should have been ready for occupancy before we arrived. Also the general condition of the condo property which is backed up by the firing of the grounds keeper the day we left. We understand you are not directly responsible for the condition of the property but pressure from you on behalf of your clients might have hastened the replacement. We also want to say that once we brought these conditions to your attention, you made an effort to correct them. Resulting in us being inconvenienced over a 9 day period when the washer finally got fixed. Below is a list of deficiencies we experienced during our stay. 1 No hot water for 3 days. 2 washer broken for 8 days. 3 smell of gas in the cupboard under the stove. 4 Bedroom aircon not working for whole time we were in unit. 5 bedroom and balcony screens broken. 6 no pillow cases for bed. 7. Only one set of sheets for 2 weeks 8 3 old towels. 9 1 dish cloth for kitchen. 10 no water dispenser for 5 gallon jug. 11 no cleaning service. 12 not accessabilty for the challenged. 13 not properly cleaned 14 no information about the condo or local neighborhood 15 car is necessary 16 building generator continually breaking down. 17 flooding at the entrance gate, preventing walking access to the building 18 stove needs maintenance. 19 screen Door to balcony separated from frame 20 water leak on ceiling above A/C. 21. No chimney on gas hot water heater or gas clothes dryer. Smell of gas in unit when inuse. I hope you take this as an opportunity to make future stays more comfortable and efficient. The condition of the properties you manage is a reflection on the other units and the property. Thanks for your attention. Chuck and Mary.
