Alesandro made us feel at ease and gave a few tips on where to get good food nearby. The place was clean and we had everything we could need. Very comfy bed. Additionally, the flat is very quirky with a lot of cool artwork to explore :) The apartment is located in a nice, quiet area. Easy walk to historical centre of the city, approx 20 min.

The location of the apartment is perfect, shops, bars, restaurants are all nearby and the old city is just a short walk away. The apartment is well furnished and has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is a shared space with all the necessary amenities. For breakfast tea, coffee, bread, butter and jam are provided at no extra charge. Above all, the owner of the apartment is particularly friendly and very helpful with regards to recommendations and assistance of any kind. Should we return to Bologna any time soon, we will certainly stay here again!

The host was very friendly, approachable and helpful. There's a bus stop right outside the door. The place was clean and very nice.

Nothing really

Alessandro is a wonderful host - friendly and helpful but also respectful of guests space. The room and bathroom were spacious, light and airy, exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. The shared kitchen space included use of the fridge, etc. which was helpful as I purchased breakfast items. The location is perfect - just outside the center of town so it’s a bit quieter, and on the second floor with some trees to help it feel quieter. It’s a 15 minute walk to the old town area.

There is nothing to dislike! This is a quiet, calm space to return to after a day of sightseeing.

Everything was exactly as in the photos, very clean, spacious, and had everything you need from a B&B. It smelled nice and it was modern. The owner was very nice, she waited for us at the property even though we arrived at 11 pm and she speaks very good english. It is 20 minutes walking from the centre with a bus station right outside that gets you to the centre, train station and airport.

Everything was perfect!
