I spent almost 3 hours trying to check in because the confirmation information was sent to me only on the day of my arrival. Since I was traveling and had an early flight, I couldn’t complete the process in advance. They requested a bank email notification confirming that my card had paid for the accommodation, something that should have been verified or handled by them beforehand. I immediately sent them the payment confirmation screenshot, but they insisted it had to be an email. These payment notifications usually come as internal alerts from my banking app, so I had to search and send my full bank statement showing the charges from that day. Since they replied only every 15 minutes, the whole process was extremely frustrating and slow. There is no reception; everything is handled via a WhatsApp number, and if you don’t have it, you’re lost. Luckily, we managed to get into the building because another guest opened the door for us; otherwise, we would have been stuck on the small sidewalk for hours trying to check in via Whatsapp, when the Booking confirmation number should have been more than enough. On top of that, there was no hot water during my stay. You can clearly hear noise from the room across the hall, including music and conversations. The area doesn’t feel very safe, and occasionally, people from the neighborhood would approach and make uncomfortable comments. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very poor, and I would never stay here again.

Difícil de mantener limpio, no tiene escobas, trapeador etc te dan solo dos bolsas de basura y si quieres que te lo limpien son 35 dólares. La lavadora no funcionaba bien me tomo dos día secar unas toallas, las sábanas las cambian solo cada 10 días, no tienen blankets nada extra la verdad no regresaría.

The amenities were good. The property was clean. The price was good.

Could never get the oven or stove top to work. Had to get the staff to come help us with the washing machine. The staff had not been trained on the stove or the washing machine and both of them had no instructions about operate. There is no coffee or coffee filters like other places in the same price points provide. The room to room noise was greater than average because of the construction style of the building. It was located in a slightly sketchy area of town. Fortunately, there were 24 hour police posted at the end of the street which made us feel safe.

This apartment is located in Casco Viejo and walkable to many shops and restaurants. The aparment is spacious.

I wasn't sent the door code to get inside the building, only the key code for the apartment, so I was stuck outside in the heat and all my luggage trying to call to figure it out. The host insisted that I had received the entire welcome package info in an email, but I hadn't, until one was conveniently sent hours later. When I entered the apartment, after lugging my suitcase up 4 flights of stairs, the trash hadn't been emptied and there were rags in the sink. This apartment might be great for some, but my experience wasn't.
