Very clean, very well appointed. Had every facility, large and comfortable.

The train passes 2m from the window, so if you are a light sleeper that's not the place for you.

Perfect location (we were heading to the airport in the morning), huge place (especially for 1 night stay), all facilities (I really appreciated making myself a doppio in the morning before having 24 hour trip), and host Silvia was very kind.

Silvia is a very friendly person. She help us with the transfer from and to the airport. The apartment is very clean, big, with everything you need, included water, cofee, tea, small cookie.

The apartment is very big and clean. It has two separate bedrooms, big living room with a huge balcony, good size isolated kitchen with a balcony, and a big bathroom. The kitchen has all that you need (and a little more), and the bedrooms have enough beds for the big family. There are even toys and other stuff for kids, so I would recommend this place for the family travelers with kids. Free parking in front of the entrance and 15-min drive to the airport. A day before the arrival the host sent us the code for the key box which was very convenient.

The apartment is located very close to the railway road, so is a bit noisy. The first night it was a bit of a problem, but at the 2nd night we "adjusted" to the noise and slept very well. My son even enjoyed watching the trains from the kitchen balcony. The master bedroom has AC and the kids bedroom has a fan, but that's it, so it's a bit hot in the other rooms. Rather than that I would say it's a great place to stay near the Fiumicino airport and even explore Rome (35 min drive).

This is a spacious and economic if rather plain location to crash before a morning flight from Fiumicino or for visiting the nearby beaches. Twenty minutes from the airport and less than ten minutes from the beach. Helpful and friendly host.
