位置在主路边周边有超市和咖啡店。房间宽敞，有两个卧室，厨房可以做饭。卧室和客厅都有空调，制冷效果良好。房间整体在埃及算不错。

需要爬两层楼，没有电梯，携带大件行李和老年人不适合。房间床品质量不好，颜色暗沉，看不到清洗痕迹和味道。Wi-Fi不稳定，这在埃及应该是平均水平。水很黄，想喝健康的水要从外面买。店主耐心有限，问了几个问题，他就要我取消预订，解疑答惑这不应该是他的工作吗？

性价比超高，booking 上的定位不是很准确，一定要提前联系房东让他发定位和密码取钥匙，房间设施齐全，就是自来水肉眼可见的黄，也有可能是埃及水质的问题，买瓶装水来喝吧

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento nel mese di agosto 2025 per quasi quattro settimane La posizione è a dir poco strategica: appena fuori dal centro, che è comunque comodamente raggiungibile a piedi in pochissimi minuti, ma vicino a ristoranti, market e bar. Dal balcone e dalla finestra di una delle camere è visibile il mare e al mattino si può vedere il sorgere del sole all’orizzonte. L’appartamento è spazioso, gli ambienti ben distribuiti e ben arredati. Inoltre è ben fornito di biancheria e utensili da cucina (non manca davvero nulla). Aria condizionata in entrambe le camere e soprattutto, cosa non scontata, anche nel soggiorno.

The owner treat us really well eventhough we booked it urgent at midnight.And the house is complete with all facilities.The facilities also all functioning well.Clean house .Great value for family.2 rooms

The house is really nice, it has everything is needed. The room was spacious. The position is really good, near the main road with shops and restaurant. The owner always polite and ready to help. Great value for the money

Well-kept and welcoming apartment. Self check-in allowed me to arrive during the night without any problems. There is a very cozy sofa. The apartment is nicer than it looks in the photos. Communication with the owner was good

The bathroom is very dirty, the floor, the tiles, the mirror, the sink are dirty. The toilet has a water leak. The price of the apartment was high compared to the area and the period in which I was in Marsa Alam. The owner asked me 25€ to accompany me to the airport, I took the bus and spent 2€, the taxi costs a few euros more

Very clean and comfortable. Very elegant furniture. All facilities and devices are in very good. condition. Privacy is guaranteed.
